[TowerTalk] concrete footing in very soft soil

Hello to the group.

I would like to put up a 40 ft tower in my back yard, but the only good 
spot has very soft soil and is also located near my septic tank, but not 
in the drain field.  How would that affect the concrete base? This will 
be my first tower, so any advice would be welcomed.  Thanks.
