Well, I use several of the TIC rings (http://www.ticring.com/) and they work
fine.  K0XG also has a big ring rotor and rotating tower  hardware
(http://www.k0xg.com/home/index.html).  And then there are Rotating Tower
Systems (http://www.custommetalworks.com/rts/rts.htm).
