Yep.  It goes through a pulley at the top of the base section and then connects 
to the bottom of the middle section.  Another cable does the same thing on the 
next section up.  Only two cables, no pull down, pretty simple. -WB2WIK/6

On a WT-51, does the pull-up (raise) cable loop around a pulley at the  
top of the first section and then the bottom of the middle section?  
Anybody got a diagram they could send?
