Sure...the rivets can be drilled out and you can fix it...But why ?

After the digital TV switchover on February 17, 2009, there will be very few TV 
stations occupying the Low VHF (Channels 2-6) part of the spectrum. Check the 
DTV Permanent Channels link at www.w9wi.com and see what the story is for your 
area.
