Nah, with OSHA around he'd have been out of a job and died of starvation
at an early age.
Probably died of "splinter poisoning".
Note he only has one spike in the pole with the left leg wrapped around
it...unless they had spikes on the back. Mind didn't.
You aren't a real climber until you've "hugged" a well climbed wood
