Lest anyone doubt, KGO was in full compliance with the regs...Their towers have 
several layers of access control; Locked fences,  monitoring and supervision. 
Actually quite high security precautions were in place.   We were touring under 
the close supervision of their engineering staff--Pat, AA6EG
