I have changed my G5RV from 107 feet to about 70 feet in order to get 40 mtr better, it is up about 50 feet. I am using a separator at the top, then about 35 feet of 450 ohm window line. Now the question is, would it be advisable to use a LDG 4:1 balun between the end of the window line and the coax leading into the tuner, thru the antenna switch.
