This is a little different than radio towers, but we just extended a 26"
diameter exhaust stack from one of our kilns.  The stack is now 60' above a
23' height roof.  We installed guyed wires at the 40' height section of the
pipe. The distance to the three anchors is 60' out from the base of the
stack.  This makes the angle flatter  than what I normally see.  My
question is," what are the effects of this flatter angle?"
