Butch,
I believe there will be interaction both inline and at right angles between
the XM240 and a 20M beam with only 10' spacing. You may consider grounding
the passive element of the XM240 to the boom (like the 402CD) if you put it
at right angles to the 20M antenna if you can't increase the spacing.

I recently put a Cushcraft XM240 about 10 feet under my 204BA, on my
crank-up, the XM240 is at about 75 feet and the 204BA at 85 feet.  My front
to back is not as good  what the spects indicated, is the 10 feet spacing
too close?
