What I did is to find the old Style hard line connectos a very small ones that
fit in the noon corrugated /or the old aluminum 1/2 inch 50ohms hardline
Andrew and other brands (old ) work, never try the new version for corrugated.

Not sure if this qualifies for posting on this reflector but I will take a
chance..
I installed another underground run of 1/2" CATV hard line. Regrettably,
there was a crimp buried in the middle of the 200 foot coil and we had to
excise the flaw. Now I need to splice the ends together if I intend to send
signals out and get stuff back.
Once upon a time I had a number of 1/2" CATV splice connectors but either I
used them up or their location has left my memory for good.
I wonder if anyone has a couple of the splices -- probably removed from CATV
line retrieved from the junk yard. If so I would like to see if I can become
the owner of them.
Failing that it is off to the hardware store to find plumbing components
that can be coupled together to do the splice.
