If Tower Jack is no longer available commercially, the thing to do is to either
borrow one, or get someone who has one to make you a sketch... and get one
made up at a local shop. Probably wouldn't cost more than $100.
But as a practical matter, at this point... 40' of tower, neverseize on the
legs...
just put up a ginpole, have a groundcrew to pull on the line... and wiggle
the sections a bit. Probably come right apart. Just prying with a 2/4 might
be enough
to get things started,.
.... reminder: use a turning block for the ginpole line, at the tower base,
and
position your ground crew some distance away from the tower.
