Ha.  Tower manufacturers are insurance driven enterprises and are loath to 
give you  any useful information.

Forget it. It's MUCH easier to  adapt your concrete base via a concrete 
corer to your new UST 
T-bar base. Use the previous TT advice vis-a-vis bolts and epoxy and  
you'll be good to go.

    They know how much it'll cost to re-design their  existing base and you 
can't afford it anyway.
