I used to sell tower to some of these WISP guys in FL.  Even  after I 
suggested very strongly not to do certain things...like free stand 80  feet of 
Rohn 55 as a WISP site, they went ahead and did it.  Amazingly none  of it has 
come down...yet!
 
My guess is the 150 ft of Rohn 25 was guyed no more than four  times times. 
 It's no wonder we hams have a hard time getting towers  up without a 
permit when these wahoos put this crap up.
