I had a commercial version of this in Chicago, made by a ham in PA who calls 
his business HyPower Antennas. He advertises in QST and has a website. That 
antenna was pretty much the same as yours, and it worked quite well on both 
bands. I have a the 160/80 version of it up in the air here in CA, to which I 
added a 40M fan element (I have about 210 ft between trees), and it also 
works quite well. I had another copy of the 160/80/40 antenna at a mountain-
top site about five years ago, and it also worked great.
