They have always been very responsive to me, even tho I bought the tower used
from another ham. Try calling them. They even sent me schematics of a control
box. The senior management read this reflector.
In fact, I recently mentioned in a posting here that I had a hand winch
fail on my tilt-over tower. I got an email from the company wanting to know
what happened. It wasn't their fault, as we broke it in moving the tower.
