With lighting you are dealing with probablility; not absolutes. You
have to put your thinking and actions into two separate categories:
1. Lessening the chance and 2. Handling a strike once it happens:
1. Draining off charges, may or may not be a waste of time. Some of
the methods to my thinking have merit in theory at least but they have
nothing to do with 2, and should not be confused with measures in 2
and should not be discussed in the context of 2.
