YES. The average issue causes me to cringe at least once, and usually
more than once. And I'm not talking about anything that might have been
written by the late Larson E. Rapp, WIOU for publication in the April
issue. About the only technical content in QST you can count on
nowadays was written by N0AX. A recent exception is a pretty nice piece
by N3JT about his solar power system.
