I recall Hy-Gain made changes along the way. Of course, so did Tri-Ex!
But that type of webbing with the back-to-back "U" forms I have only
seen on Hy-Gain towers and not anywhere else.

One thing I was told was the Hy-Gain towers only had three bolt holes
per leg and the one in question has five, so does the LM470. In the
HG-70HD PDF manual I found on line it also shows three bolt hols per
leg. I was also told the Hy-Gain did not have the tabs at the 8' mark
for the tilt over base, the one in question does? So its seems to have
characteristics of both the Hy-Gian and Tri-Ex.

It's the Hy-Gain for sure. The tell-tale sign is the "double-U"
back-to-back webbing that can be seen. Tri-Ex never used that.

Can anyone positive identify the tower in these photos
http://s241.photobucket.com/albums/ff146/wsmc551/Tower/ ? I sent the
photos
to Karl Tashjian thinking it was an LM470 but Karl says its not, maybe
its
an Hy-Gain? In any case I would just like to know what it is for sure.
