[TowerTalk] 7/8 inch L45U Andrew Heliax Connector Assembly Instructions

Thought I remembered how to prepare ends of Heliax -- getting old I 
guess. Could someone email me a copy of the assembly instructions for a 
7/8 inch L45U Andrew Heliax Connector.  I have tried the Andrew site and 
googled, all of no avail. I may be able to receive a FAX also, but will 
have to make prior arrangements.  Any help in this matter would be much 
appreciated.
