Fascinating. I turn mine with an Orion 2800 and Green Heron rt20. I
have it set to ramp up and down to full speed and of course the stops
are out of the rotor. Takes two minutes to turn it 360 degrees and I
have never ever noticed any overshoot, even in heavy wind. I suggest
you re-read the rt-20 manual, especially the ramp up-down feature and
