The clamps are the same top or bottom are about $49 now (bought a set in
July) plus shipping from AES in Orlando. They have new bolts and hardware,
and I used a 15mm socket to tighten. -Mike

You can purchase the clam shells mast clamps pretty cheaply from HRO, they
are the same as the top pair, 35 bucks a pair if I remember.
