On LMR-400 that's less than a foot.  If you coil the stuff around the 
tower like they do with the TV remote vans it'll last forever "If it 
doesn't get caught on something".  It also works well for rotator loops 
of 3 turns of 18" or more laying on a flat plate.

OTOH as has already been mentioned, BuryFlex(TM) is a much better choice 
for crank ups.
