There were notes in QST and the ARRL Letter.
He got it to the point of the FCC writing nasty letters to the power company.
Have all your ducks in line. Logs of date, time, direction. Check the AM
broadcast band and FM. They get hotter if it's messing with the general public,
not just one nut in his basement..
