[TowerTalk] PL-259 insertion loss

I have read the same numbers but I don't believe it at all. First of all why 
would there be so much loss? You have a connector that is soldered or at least 
crimped and then you have a connection that is a snug fit into the female or 
male connector. If it really had .5 Db loss wouldn't it get very warm at legal 
ham powers?
