Since this is a Heights Tower you need the Screw operated hinged base. The two Heights towers had this at the base and everything cranked over OK. Heights used to advertise two guys standing on the tower laid horizontal 2 or 3 feet off the ground. One fellow did have 60 feet of Universal tower which is also aluminum.
