Uh oh, there's water/moisture afoot. Not a temp issue. Most likely happening at the connector interface(s) or at the matching system at the antenna feedpoint. Could be the traps, but they'd have to be pretty badly corroded inside to be that sensitive. I know this is really frustrating and wish you luck.
