A couple beers over some drawings, informally, or a few hundred bucks
for a review with a report..
Might help you sleep at night, or keep you from accidentally stepping in
a snake pit of problems because of a peculiar local condition, or, for
that matter, might tell you who at the local regulatory authority you
need to schmooze.
