[TowerTalk] Help with Apparently Dead Rotor-EZ RS-232

It appears that the RS-232 function of my Rotor-EZ appears to be dead.

Is it fixable, or will I need to replace it? Or should I ditch the control
box altogether and gets something else (Green Heron's controller)?
