[TowerTalk] 1982 ventage KLM 40m3

I have just acquired a never assembled, new in the remains of the box 
KLM 40m3 linear loaded yagi.
The box and all documentation did not survive 30 years on the floor in a 
barn.   One shred of newspaper used as packing had a January 1982 date 
on it.
The only manual I can find on-line is dated June 1985.  It is the same 
one M2 has in their files.
 Can anyone help me with a manual for this dinosaur?
