How much was the frequency shift due to the moon's movement?


Looking at the horizon, the moon is mostly moving normal to the line of sight. The primary Doppler source is likely to be the rotation of Earth, which at the equator is about 0.5km/sec

0.5 km/s /300,000 km/s * 21E6 Hz = 35 Hz...

Tonno is not quite at the equator(!), so the Doppler is likely less
