Yes it can !! BUT, from a practical point of view, you better have one heck 
of
a gin pole over 20 ft long, for the sections are 20 ft....Its much easier to 
get a bucket truck to
bring it down in peices, or a boom truck or a crane will bring the whole 
thing down...
