[TowerTalk] Thrust Bearing Cleaning and Lubricating?

Can someone please advise me on the best way to clean and lubricate my old (25+ 
years) thrust bearing. I cannot remember the manufacturer. The only markings on 
the bearing are "CREATE" and "CK 46". Inside there are two sets of roller 
bearings, not ball bearings. 

A search of the Tower Talk archives did not provide any significant results .
