The house is dead center on the lot. There is a 30'X40' detached garage to one side. Looking at the lot from the front, the ham room will be to the right/rear side of the home. Thinking of feeding wire antenna at tower. Tower will have a small tri bander. There will be a tower at the rear of the garage, 30' or 40'. Lot is clear of trees, BUT the lot to the left has Pine trees that I can use (until owner decides to build) of 30' to 40' high.

I think the best way to explain the layout is like a right angle triangle with the long leg going down the back of the lot (rt to lft) , the 90 degree is at the left rear , left side comes to front & goes to tower across the top of home.

Home has no chimney. (Florida)

You neglected to talk about supports (trees, chimneys etc) and their location.
