I looked at the following T2FD antenna used on the HF bands using EZNEC.
Frequency, ~efficiency, ~SWR with 9:1 balun
1.9 MHz, 1%, SWR = 3.2:1
3.8 MHz, 9.7%, SWR = 4:1
7.2 MHz, 51.5%, SWR = 4.7:1
10.125 MHz, 22.4%, SWR = 2.4:1
14.2 MHz, 20.8%, SWR = 3.2:1
18.14 MHz, 55.3%, SWR = 3.9:1
21.3 MHz, 29.7%, SWR = 2.6:1
24.95 MHz, 28.6%, SWR = 2.6:1
28.4 MHz, 57%, SWR = 2.6:1

Unless I am mistaken, this design is similar to the T2FD antenna. Wiki
