Option For Reference Purposes - Two-story house, shack on second floor. We
run our messenger cable off the tower at the 20-foot level over to roof
rafter.  Coax & rotor-wire hang from messenger cable, run around house
under the eaves to shack wall entrance. Easy access, no digging, no cable
pulling (damage risk?), no munching rodents, and saves about 40
power-robbing feet of coax run.....

Okay, it's ugly. But your neighbors already view your home with a tower as
an Aesthetic Disaster, anyway....
