Long shank U-Bolts
For long u-bolts look in your yellow pages for an automotive suspension shop.
Some of them have a machine that will bend a u-bolt for you. you can get any
length that you desire. Granted they are not plated but consider that there are
subject to road salt and they do not rust appreciably.
