I'm about to install my new AlfaSpid RAK 1 rotor inside rohn 45 tower !
Reading eham reviews , I read that some say they've gotten water in the
motor . Are they talking the rotor motor or the DC motor ? I bought an
orange safety cone and with some experimenting the cone will cover the
rotor gear box but the DC motor, it will be exposed !
I must say only 3 reviews out of many had the water issue , most
problems were with the AlfaSpid controller ... I'll be using the Green
Heron .
If anyone has tip's to offer , I'm listening
