Lots of experience here with Ecoflex 10, none so far with Ecoflex 15; also lots 
of experience with its sister products Aircell 5 and Aircell 7 for DXpedition 
and portable use (see TX6G.com for example).
All are recommended for ease of use, lifetime (see below) and loss vs weight 
characteristics (especially the 5 & 7mm types).
Ecoflex-10 is my go-to for rotator loops.  I only have one run (of 100m/328ft) 
that has been exposed to weather for 5 years (including 2 in full California 
sunshine), but so far no signs of breakdown or moisture entry.  I use 
compression PL259s with my preferred tape wrap on it.  How it will look after 
10 years - I'll let you know...
