[TowerTalk] hose clamped element tips

At Force 12 we supply stainless hose clamps to secure adjustable element
tips but also drill 1/8" holes in the larger tube (typically 0.500" OD) and
supply rivets so users can rivet their tips in place after tuning an
antenna to their satisfaction using the 1/8" holes (on the larger tube at
the joint) as a guide to drill out the inner, smaller tube.

"Belt and braces," Brits would say.
