[TowerTalk] Instruction Manual for KLM 40M3 vintage 1980's

I am trying to rebuild a KLM 40M3 and have not been able to find where the 
instruction manual is.  Want to put this back together and donate it to a local 
radio club.  Thoughts, mods, best solution for those cursed black boom to 
element adapters would be appreciated.  Located in Western PA where we have 
more frost/thaw transitions than most places in the US
