If you are going to use a cable tie, cover it with two or three layers
of Scotch 33/88 and possibly some liquid electrical tape. Otherwise
the tie wrap will fall apart from the UV in a few years (even "UV
resistant" ties fail here in Florida).
*ALL* of Hy-Gain's monoband elements require the rope in the ends
to prevent fatigue failure of the element tips.
