[TowerTalk] Crank up tower cable tension spring

I purchased an old TriEx TM470 (70' crank up tower).

I find it has excessive slack in the pull down cable when raising or
lowering the tower.

Where (besides the manufacture) can I find a source of reasonable priced
springs to replace the one on my tower?
