Heavy duty shelf brackets (the ones that fit into a double row of slots
on a vertical support).
Screw the verticals to the studs.
Put 12" or 16" brackets on. Done.
Lay the tubes across the brackets.
If you have lots of short stock, get those wire shelves like people use
in laundry rooms and put those on the brackets. Mount them upside down,
so what's normally the turned down edges turns up to make a sort of
trough to keep the tubes from rolling off.
