I'm not familiar with these blocks, but similar ones I've seen often use stranded steel for the loops.  Are the loops large gauge stranded steel or solid?  If stranded I'd be concerned about corrosion over time, as well as flexing strain at the interface to the concrete due to vibration of the guy wires.

150' of Rohn 55G tower is a pretty substantial structure and you do not want
to skimp on one of the key components. To my knowledge there is no rebar in
the premade blocks and I am guessing that the steel loops are designed just
for transporting the blocks and not the thousands of pounds that can be
created by guy cables. Also even my 80' Rohn 55g tower has larger anchor
slabs than one of these blocks.

I've been thinking about guy anchors for a tower I'll be putting up next
spring. The tower will be 150 feet of Rohn 55 and it will require 3 triple
guys.
Instead of poured concrete for the guy anchors I've been thinking about
using some of those Concrete Bin Blocks which are 2'x2'x4'. I'd bury them
and attach the guy ends to the steel loops imbedded into the blocks.
Does anyone have thoughts on them ?
