??? GM Steve and All
??? ??? Not sure if I should be posting this, but I felt it deserves
it.?? I just finished
??? ??? the book Up the Tower.? Wow what a wealth of information.? I put my
??? ??? first tower up Nov 1979.? Four towers later and odd jobs on a
couple
??? ??? others, make me say I really enjoy it.?? Thing is I certainly
wish I had this
??? ??? book way back in the beginning.? I always worked alone or with a
??? ??? relative/neighbor? so had to learn on my own.? After almost 40
years
??? ??? I still enjoy it and today I will again be on one of my towers
for a simple job.
??? ??? Even after 40 years I discovered some real flaws in the usual
way I did
??? ??? certain things.? By the way I am 71 and still in good enough
shape to climb.
??? ?? Tho I can only spend about 3 hours at a time on tower now.? I
hope I have
??? ??? several? more years left to enjoy this.
??? ??? ??? ??? What else can I say this? book needs to be read by
anyone thinking
??? ??? of putting up a tower.
??? ??? ??? ??? 73 BoB WA1FCN
