You life is way more valuable than the rental of lift. That is a
monster antenna. I would hope you have a very experienced crew and
really good rope, pulleys etc. We have had too many tower deaths
recently. You might try contacting K7NV or W2GD or other experienced
tower folks.

the tower and the 40m DE are the 15m and 20m reflectors of those
section.
I do climb; I'd like to hear/see some ideas to SAFELY rig to go out
to it myself.
