Cut it and reterminate it.

SWR doesn't always matter when the coax is long, 200' of LMR400 on 440 is
about 6 db of loss, and that makes for 12 db of return loss, or ~1.6:1 VSWR.
You could leave the coax shorted at the end and it would still show a 1.6:1
VSWR on your meter in the shack.
