[TowerTalk] TM LMR400 UltraFlex

Thanks for all of the comments.  I’ve decided to go the DX Engineering 400MAX 
route.  I received several that indicated the the TM cable does not do well in 
strong sun conditions as the jacket disintegrates. The standard LMR uses a 
polyethylene jack that is not affected as much by UV.
