[TowerTalk] Vertical Diagnosis

I have a ground mounted HyGain 14avq. It tunes up exactly as expected except 
there is no resonance on 10 meters at all. I assume the 10 meter trap is bad. I 
am also thinking it should be pretty easy to repair, or do I just want to 
replace the trap.

This is a very old antenna that I believe was last used in the mid-1980s.
