Put a clamp around the mast, tight against the thrust bearing to hold the 
weight, pull the rotor. If you need more clearance to slip the new rotor in, 
put a bottle or scissor jack under the mast at that point, lift, loosen the 
clamp, slide it down, reclamp, remove jack.
